In this consultation, I'll review your recent BBT charts in detail, we will discuss your charting technique and application of the guidelines. After a brief check-in on your cycle health and health history, I might also be able share with you any additional cycle health insights I can gather from your charts.

    • Who is Clear Cycle Foundations for?
      This mini-course is perfect for anyone with confusing or irregular cycles, wishing for greater cycle clarity and fertility insights, such as knowing if you are ovulating cycle to cycle and when you are in each phase of your cycle.

      Maybe you are looking to conceive, now or in the near future, or you want to understand your fertility and cycle deeply. You might be considering whether learning a Fertility Awareness Method is right for you - Clear Cycle Foundations is the perfect entry point. You will learn to master daily Basal Body Temperature (BBT) tracking and charting, and understand the meaning of that data, which is the first layer of learning FAM. This course does not teach you a method of contraception.
    • How is the course delivered?
      The course is approximately 1 hour of content, broken down into 5 small, digestible parts. The material is delivered through dynamic visual videos, but if preferred much of the course can be listened as audio. I signpost to you throughout when it's time to look closely at the screen. The course contains template charts you can use, and additional explainer PDFs to support your learning.
    • Will I receive 1:1 support?
      I will provide personal, written feedback on your first chart, via email, which is included in the cost of Clear Cycle Foundations. I offer 1-hour-long 1:1 consultations as an add-on cost.
