You become a member of Clear Cycles self-paced fertility awareness and body literacy course, which is accessed through the Members Portal on Clear Cycles' website. 

You get access to all 5 modules each with 3-4 bitesized classes, ranging from 10-25 minutes in duration, and additional teaching handouts. You'll receive improved updates to classes and notifications of these as they occur.

You'll get access to free chart templates and be able to redeem a 3-month free trial with the Read Your Body app, upon request.

I will conduct a full intake from you ahead of consultations. 

In our 1:1s, I will assess of your use of the method including application of the rules and guidelines and provide support in charting technique, where needed.

In our 1:1s, I will be your Cycle Detective, sharing what I can glean about your hormone health based on your chart and intake. I'll educate you on holistic tools and protocols, targeted to address your specific cycle needs.

3 x 1:1 consultations are included in Clear Cycles Course, for total of £555.

1 x 1:1 initial consultation is included in Clear Cycles Light, for total of £355.

As a member of Clear Cycles, you will be able to book additional 1:1s, at anytime, for an added cost.
